What dry cleaning is

Cleaning without the fabric suffering for it

Some items don’t belong in the regular wash: they shrink, discolour or lose their shape. Dry cleaning cleans with a solvent instead of water, at a low temperature. Dirt and grease lifted, fibres intact — exactly what a suit, a wool coat or a silk dress needs.

With us, every item passes through our hands one by one: we read the care label, pick the right programme and press it back into shape afterwards. No bulk, no guessing — white stays white, colour stays colour.

In two minds?

A stain, a label you don’t trust? Bring it in — we’ll tell you what’s possible.

How we go about it

Five steps, one standard of care

Every item follows the same path — no step is skipped.

  1. Intake & check — we look at each item, read the care label and note stains or weak spots.
  2. Stain treatment — we tackle stubborn stains in a targeted way, before the cleaning.
  3. Tailored cleaning — the right programme and solvent for the fabric, the colour and the filling.
  4. Finish & press — professionally pressed and shaped, creases where they belong.
  5. Final check — checked once more, then packed on a hanger, ready to collect.

Stains & special care

Honest about what’s possible and what isn’t

We get most stains out. Tell us what it is and how long it’s been there — the fresher, the better the odds. Whatever can no longer be saved, we tell you up front.

Pick a stain

Wine & coffee

Usually out completely

Our approach

Red wine, coffee and tea are colour stains that dissolve well. Brought in fresh, we get them out almost completely every time.

How you help us: don’t work at it yourself with water or salt — that actually sets the colour.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know

How long does dry cleaning take?

Reckon on a few days to a week as standard. If you need your item sooner — for a wedding, a job interview or a trip — say so when you drop it off, and we’ll work out together what’s possible.

What does it cost to have something dry cleaned?

The price depends on the item: a shirt isn’t the same as a winter coat or a wedding dress. Bring your item in or give us a call — we’ll tell you straight away what it costs, with no surprises afterwards.

Do you get every stain out?

We treat stains in a targeted way, before cleaning. Many stains come out completely, but not everything can still be saved — especially old or dried-in stains. What’s possible and what isn’t, we tell you honestly up front.

Can I have my dry cleaning collected?

Yes. We run fixed routes with pickup at your home or business, from Zemst to Antwerp and Brussels-North. Your item comes back to you cleaned and on a hanger.

Do you also clean wedding dresses and curtains?

Certainly. Wedding dresses, dresses, curtains and large interior textiles we handle piece by piece, with the care they deserve. For a wedding dress we’re glad to make an appointment in advance.
