About Prisma · Our own site in Zemst
An industrial laundry,
built to last.
From our own site in Zemst, we look after the linen of professionals across Flemish Brabant every day, with an eye for efficiency and quality.
Our infrastructure
Our own production site, built for this trade
Many industrial laundries rent their installations. We don’t. Prisma owns the building it operates in Zemst, built specifically for industrial laundry production.
That full control over our production equipment lets us keep investing — in efficiency, in quality and in the sustainability of our operation. Everything is thought through.
Under our own roof
Four choices, one goal: better and leaner
Everything sits on a single site, managed in-house. That way we keep the quality high and the footprint low.
Solar energy
A good part of our electricity use comes from the solar panels on our own roof — less CO₂, and less dependence on the energy market.
Water recovery
Our water purification and recovery system lets us reuse much of our production water — crucial in a trade that structurally demands a lot of water.
Heat & steam
Our steam and heat production is built into the building, tuned to the washing, drying and ironing cycles of industrial production.
Considered flow
The layout follows a straight-through flow — dirty linen on one side, clean on the other. Hygienic, traceable and productive, cycle after cycle.
Our team
A stable team, a trade of craftsmanship
Behind every production cycle are women and men who know their trade. Our team combines years of experience on the floor with a thorough knowledge of professional linen. It’s that human continuity — every bit as good as our machines — that makes Prisma dependable.
What we stand for
Three promises, no detours
Reliability

Quality
Every piece checked: white stays white, colour stays colour.
